The holy grail of classic touring cars, the E9 3.0 CSL. A truly iconic race car and a visual spectacle. Available here in arguably its finest frock, the BMW factory livery. This is a rendering from the back catalogue that I have been desperate to get polished up, a new lick of colour and the details tightened to treat it to its debut to print.
Affectionately known as the Batmobile, the CSL took 6 Drivers championships and 3 manufacturers championship titles in its career. Although the E9 began production in 1968 it wasn't until 1972 that the CSL was introduced, with only 1265 homologation examples produced.
Signed and numbered Prints are available in A3, A2 and A1 satin paper, and A1 320gsm Hahnemühle Fine Art paper, limited to 75 editions per size.
